Cheshire Housing Authority and Neighborworks, New Horizon have teamed up with QA&M Architects and LeRosa Building Group to provide a beautiful old New England farm house style setting. These apartment will be available for families needing more affordable rental options, those who are down sizing, or individuals just starting out on their own. One, two and three bedroom units will be built on the five plus acres right on route 10 in the south end of town. This complex has plans for a community building where family and neighbors can gather and offers a small walking trail for safe enjoyment of the out of doors. This is conveniently located on the bus line close to Quinnipiac, a short ride to New Haven and the major highways.
